A: they can pay at the same time of abstract submission or they can wait until their abstract is approved. But if they pay at the same time of abstract submission and the abstract is rejected, the registration fee will not be returned and he/she will be include to the group of participant without presentation.
Q: Do the participants who had already paid will get a certificate if they dont present at the event?
A: No, they will not get the certificate.
